The Surface Go features a fanless design and battery life of up to nine hours. All other specs are complete with a USB Type-C port for connectivity, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with Windows Hello, and an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera. The Surface Go will also support Dolby Audio Premium sound and Surface Pen. Regarding the operating system used, the Surface Go has Windows 10 and we will have the option to choose between Windows 10 S Mode or the full version of Windows, either Windows Home or Pro. It will also be compatible with Office 365 and with the Microsoft application suite.

The Surface Go will be available for pre-order starting tomorrow in 35 countries with shipping beginning August 2. Microsoft also confirmed that a model with LTE will arrive later in the year. The Microsoft Surface Go will start at $399 without a keyboard, which is sold separately for $99 or $129 if it has the Alcantara finish.
