Far from waiting
We already announced it yesterday, or rather, Gabriel Aul communicated it through his Twitter account. Build 14322 for Windows Mobile was very close to being released... and so close, because for a few hours this Build has been available for Insiders through the ring Quick.
A Build that comes with many new features, some of them very important and that should be reviewed so as not to leave any unanswered. Have they incidentally added some fluidity to the system as users demand so much? Let's see what we find step by step.
These are the new features that we will find in Build 14322:
-
Action Center Visual Changes Individual app notifications no longer display the app icon repeatedly for each notification. It appears in the header, then groups all the specific notifications for that application. With this measure, the action center can now display more content.
-
Improvements in notifications, as notifications are now more flexible and can display larger images.
-
Added new enhancements to Cortana to ensure that notable events are not missed.
-
Now we can set the priority for notifications of individual apps, by going to Settings, System, Notifications & actions. There it is possible to give priority to the most important notifications, there are three levels: normal, high and superior.
- We can add, remove, and organize the quick actions that appear in the action center. All this is done from Settings, System, Notifications and actions. By simply clicking on a shortcut we can move it to another position.
- Improved lock screen experience
- Added a hot button to the camera app on the lock screen.
-
The controls when playing music now appear at the top of the lock screen.
-
Added new ways to create reminders in Cortana.
- Settings app pages now have icons that show when a settings page is pinned. Added a new dropdown side menu with page suggestions.
- New menu to configure the navigation bar. It's in Settings, Personalization and finally Navigation Bar.
- Display settings have moved. Now we can find them in Settings, Personalization and Glance.
- With this Build you can adjust the percentage in which the battery saver is activated.
- We have optimized the settings of the Windows Update application and so we can now adjust the time in which our phone and PC are active by adjusting the active hours, To do this you have to access Settings, Update and security and Updates
-
Updated list of emojis.
-
Microsoft Edge improvements
- Copy and paste has been improved.
- Continuum now supports an Ethernet connection via USB port.
As you can see, the number of improvements reported from Microsoft, have been added, is quite important. In the same way they leave us a very extensive list of corrected bugs that we should not stop reading to check if the aspect we wanted to solve has finally been fixed.
Have you already downloaded the Build? Are you testing it? What would be the grade you would give Microsoft for the work carried out with this update?_ We look forward to your comments.
