As we expected, Microsoft has just launched at IFA 2014 the expected Lumia 730 and 735, some selfie-phones in all rule that seek to differentiate themselves from their competitors with a spectacular 5 megapixel front camera and 24mm focal length. Of them, the 735 will be the variant with LTE connectivity and a single SIM, while the 730 will offer us dual-SIM but going to 3G in connection speed."

In the other aspects of these phones, we have a 4.7-inch OLED screen with 720p resolution and Super Sensitive Touch to work with gloves, a 2200 mAh batterycompatible with wireless charging and a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. The rear camera is 6.7 megapixels with LED flash, and in terms of storage we will have 8 GB of internal space, plus extendability up to an additional 128 GB via microSD, and also offering the classic 15 GB of space in the cloud with OneDrive.

And as we've already mentioned, the specifications of the Lumia 730 are exactly the same, except that you gain Dual-SIM support at the cost of losing LTE connectivity and wireless charging, and also the weight of the equipment decreases to 130.4 grams.
The advantage of the front camera of the Lumia 730 would not only be in the image quality, but also in allowing more people to fit in the photos thanks to a greater angle. At the event they wanted to demonstrate this with a test selfie on stage (and incidentally, troll Samsung for the cropped Oscars selfie taken on a Note 3).
Lumia Selfie App
To complete the experience of the front camera, Microsoft offers us Lumia Selfie App, an application designed to retouch photos of ourselves quickly and easily, applying interesting effects, correcting facial features or making other adjustments to make the photo look better. This application will be available starting today for all Windows Phones, and will even allow phones without a front camera to take selfies using a feature that fires camera automatically when detecting a face
To top it off, the Lumia 730 and 735 will include a 3-month unlimited worldwide subscription to Skype, so phone buyers can also try out the front-facing camera for video calls.
Price and availability
The Lumia 730 will be on the market for 219 euros before taxes, while the 735 will be priced at 199 euros. It will be available in the already classic colors of the new generation of Lumias: green, orange, white and dark grey.
