Build 14361 comes to Windows 10 Mobile and PC for Insiders within the fast ring

This is Windows 10 Redstone Build 14361, a Build that is available to Insiders within the fast ring and that it comes loaded with new features and also with errors that have been fixed, so the best thing to do is to take a closer look at these new ones.
Build 14361 has been announced, as usual in recent days, by a notice given by Dona Sarkar through her Twitter account and we can see how she adds a good handful ofimprovements that will surely be a penultimate step in many cases before the arrival of the Anniversary Update in June.
Improvements and fixes in Windows 10 for PC

- You can now use Docker natively on Windows 10 with Hyper-V Containers, to build, distribute, and run containers using Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 5 Nano Server.
- The ruler is now long enough to cover the entire diagonal of the Surface Book's screen.
- Fixed an issue with the pen where the line drawn with the ruler did not match the ruler, as well as a small flicker in the colored section when the pen, pen, or highlighter was opened .
- Updated Touch Inking icon in Windows Ink Workspace
- Improved the performance of loading Sketchpad thumbnails into the Windows Ink Workspace flyout from the taskbar.

- The window of hours of activity for when the computer is being used has been increased from 10 to 12 hours, something that we can do in Settings> Update and security> Windows Update, ?Change hours of activity?
- Updated the Microsoft Edge download notice to include the file name, download status, and site domain on separate lines.
- Fixed an issue that caused icons to disappear from tabs in Microsoft Edge after changing the corresponding DPI when connecting remotely to the computer via Remote Desktop.
- Fixed an issue where DNG file images were not displayed in File Explorer.
- Optimized the appearance of Start by reducing the amount of white space at the top of Start.
- Fixed a problem with sending the Wi-Fi password when pressing the Enter key in the network menu on the taskbar.
- The size of the icons used in notifications has been reduced from 64 × 64 × 48 to 48
- Improved the reliability of Cortana listening after pressing the microphone button.
- Windows Defender has been updated to improve its notification system
- Fixed an issue that resulted in certain applications not being able to set the wallpaper.
- Task Manager settings will now be retained after upgrading to new Builds.
- Fixed an issue where Startup did not disappear after launching Sticky Note.
- Fixed an issue that prevented setting the account picture in settings using the camera option.
- Added a keyboard shortcut for opening the clock and calendar dropdown from the taskbar.
- Fixed an issue where Command Prompt was not maxing out correctly on high DPI monitors.
- Fixed an issue where the volume icon on the taskbar was showing incorrect states like 0% and muted.
- Fixed a bug where applying a new save location in Storage Settings for a file type could result in other pending save location fields being lost.
Mobile improvements and fixes
- Fixed issue that caused the phone to freeze after touching the screen immediately after activating Narrator.
- Fixed an issue that displayed a strange gray bar that was often seen on the left side of the Microsoft Edge browser window.
- The DPI setting will be saved and will be reapplied when you restore your phone.
- Also fixed an issue that resulted in videos played on Facebook flickering when rotating the phone in full screen mode.
- Fixed an issue with text on the Windows Insider Program settings page.
- The way to dismiss a notification has been improved. Now if you receive and dismiss multiple interactive notifications in a column, the black background will not fade between them.
- Fixed a problem with sound when plugging in charging cable.
- Fixed an issue where the ?Always? After adjusting the frequency of input pin, it could display blank on home setting page after entering lock screen setting.
- Fixed an issue where the Lumia 535 and 540 were not showing the flash toggle in the camera app.
- Text prediction engine for multi-language users has been updated and will now be based on the active keyboard language.
- You can use the keyboard with one hand with 5-inch devices such as the Lumia 640 and 830. To use this feature, press the space bar and slide the keyboard left or right. To go back to the previous keyboard, press the space bar again, and swipe halfway again.
