In the chaos of Build 19044.1319 for branch 21H2, it is intended for everyone who is part of the Release Preview Test Channel in the Insider Program.For its part, the Build associated with patch KB5006738, the one with number 19043:1319, is intended for members of the Release Previews Channel Insider Program who use Windows 10 May 2021 Update.
