- Fixes an issue for certain devices that could cause the system to freeze in some scenarios.
Known Issues
- Users updating builds 22000.xxx, or earlier, to more recent Dev Channel builds using the latest Dev Channel ISO, may receive the following warning message: The build you are attempting install is Flight Signed. To continue with the installation, enable release signing. If you get this message, press the Enable button, restart the PC and try the update again.
- Some users may experience reduced screen timeouts and sleep. They investigate the potential impact that shorter screen and idle times could have on power consumption.
- In some cases, you may not be able to enter text when using Search from the start or taskbar. If you experience the issue, press WIN + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog, then close it.
- Taskbar sometimes flickers when switching input methods.
- Investigate reports regarding Notification Center will be put in a state in recent builds where it doesn't start. If you are affected by this, restarting explorer.exe may resolve the issue. "
- After clicking the search icon on the taskbar, the search panel may not open. If this occurs, restart the Windows Explorer process>"
- The search panel can appear black and not display any content below the search box.
