Microsoft releases patch KB5003690 for Windows 10 20H2

Known Issues

• When you use the Microsoft Japanese Input Method Editor (IME) to enter Kanji characters in an application that automatically allows input of Furigana characters, you may not get the correct Furigana characters.You may need to enter the Furigana characters manually. They are working on a solution.
• Devices with Windows installations created from custom offline media or a custom ISO image may have Microsoft Edge Legacy removed by this update, but not automatically replaced by the new Microsoft Edge. This issue is only encountered when creating custom offline media or ISO images by incorporating this update into the image without first installing the Standalone Servicing Stack Update (SSU) released on or after March 29, 2021.
