Microsoft releases patch KB5003214 for Windows 10 20H2

Microsoft has released a major update to its operating system for all those who are still on Windows 10 2004 (Windows 10 May 2020 Update ), for Windows 10 20H2 (Windows 10 October 2020 Update) and for those already using Windows 10 May 2021 Update.

An update through different builds that arrive associated with patch KB5003214 These are optional updates that can be downloaded through Windows Update but also via Update Catalog and manual offline updates.New updates focus on existing bugs affecting Bluetooth audio or HDR, as well as optimizing the News & Interests feed.

Changes and improvements

Computers running Windows 10 May 2021 Update will receive Build 19043.1023, while Windows 10 October 2020 Update will receive build 19042.1023 and the Using Windows 10 May 2020 Update will be able to download Build 19041.1023.

• Fixes an issue that prevents a touch device from functioning as a serial mouse in various monitor situations.

• Fixed a bug that could cause items to appear on the desktop despite being a draft.
• Addresses video playback issues when users switch from a High Dynamic Range (HDR) display to a built-in display without HDR.
• Updates an issue with noise when enabling spatial audio and using Bluetooth USB headsets.
• Updates an issue that prevents users from receiving geographic location information.
• In addition, performance improvements are added.
• Fixes an issue that prevents the location service from working on the desktop.
• Fixes an issue that cannot properly manage memory for touch input.
