Microsoft is already testing a feature in Windows 10 that makes it easier to load drivers from Device Manager

In addition, to avoid having to individually search for each of the components to update, Microsoft is testing along with a search and filter system within the hardwareof the device, a method that will allow users to quickly install new drivers without first identifying the device.

• Drivers by Type: This new option lists .inf driver files by device type.
