Microsoft tackles problems with Windows 10 Patch Tuesday by releasing a silent and mandatory update

Last week April's Patch Tuesday was once again the protagonist and not exactly for the better. The KB5001330 patch is causing performance problems, a patch that came to fix the optional March patch, KB5000842. And to fix these bugs, Microsoft has released an emergency update
It is about correcting performance problems, with DNS, failures that affect profiles or errors when playing among others. To correct all this list of problems, Microsoft has released an update to patch KB5001330 that is activated on the server side
A silent and obligatory patch
As reported in Windows Latest, Microsoft has released for Windows 10, a new mandatory update to correct the bugs caused by the KB5001330 patch. A forced security update that is applied automatically and cannot be avoided unless updates have been paused.
"Microsoft has ended up confirming the existence of these bugs on the support page, admitting problems in Windows 10 that affect a reduced Number of users."
It appears that the company is already rolling out an update to fix this issue via a server-side update, so that the user does not have to perform any steps to install it on their computer.
The emergency patch automatically disables the new code that was applied with the last update deployment and was causing problems. To achieve this, Microsoft has modified its Windows Update cloud settings.
The server-side update has started rolling out this weekend and should be rolled out gradually, although unlike other cases, it will not be necessary through Windows Update.
"If you want to check if you already have this update on your computer and since there are no changes in the version number, you must access the Registry Editor>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ FeatureManagement \ Overrides \ 4 \ 1837593227 If the entry EnabledState> appears at this point"
