The new news and weather feed comes to Windows 10 October 2020 Update with the latest Insider Program build

Microsoft has released a new Build for Windows 10 within the 20H2 branch. A build number 19042.962 with patch KB5001391 to users who are part of the Beta Channel and Release Preview. After passing through other more advanced channels, this Build includes, among other improvements, access to news and weather in the status bar

This is an improvement that the members of the Development Channel had already been able to test, although, at first in that compilation it caused a high consumption of resources.The new shortcut is now to those Insiders who are using Windows 10 October 2020 Update

• Microsoft enables new access to the news and weather feed on the Windows 10 taskbar to the Beta and Release Preview Channels .
• Fixed an issue that prevented a site from not using Microsoft Edge IE mode when expected.

• Fixed an issue that caused Azure Active Directory authentication to fail after login to Windows Virtual Desktop machines.
• Fixed an issue that caused AAD work accounts to disappear unexpectedly from certain applications such as Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Office.
• Fixed an issue with a partial service connection point (SCP) configuration that caused dsregcmd.exe to stop working. This issue occurs because of a case-sensitive domain ID name comparison that occurs when joining a hybrid Azure Active Directory domain using single sign-on (SSO).

• Added the ability to adjust the amount of idle time before a headset goes to sleep in the Settings app for Windows Mixed Reality.
• Fixed an issue that could cause a stop error when Docker containers are run with sandboxing.
• "Fixes an issue that caused autoenrollment and certificate retrieval to fail with the error Parameter is incorrect."

• Fixed an issue that could cause Microsoft Defender Application Guard virtual machines to stop responding when Microsoft Defender Application Guard stops Office opens a document. This issue can occur on some devices or drivers that use GPU hardware accelerated scheduling.
• Fixes an issue that prevents some media players from playing content on hybrid devices running with dGPU on iGPU displays.
• Fixed an issue that caused high CPU usage. As a result, the system stops working and deadlocks occur.
• Fixes a problem with a deadlock in the New Technology File System (NTFS).
• Fixed an issue that caused DWM.exe to stop working in some cases.
• Fixes an issue that could prevent an application screen from working when using a Remote Desktop ActiveX control that is embedded in an HTML page.
• Windows Server Storage Migration Service has been improved to:
