Microsoft releases Build 20270: Cortana is now more efficient

With a day's delay compared to what is usual, Microsoft has announced the release for those who are part of the Development Channel of Build 20270 (FE_RELEASE ) for Windows 10 A build that brings a number of improvements that we will now review.

What's new in Windows 10 Build 20270
- You can now use Cortana on your PC to open and find files and save time moving between apps or folders to locate and open files.
- For business users who sign in to Cortana with their corporate credentials, they can now search for files saved in OneDrive For Business and SharePointalong with files stored locally on their PCs (this setting is found in Settings> Search> Search in Windows).
- Users with a Microsoft account (those ending in Outlook.com or Hotmail.com) can use Cortana to search for files stored on their PCs.
- This feature is currently available to our English-speaking users in the United States.

Improvements and fixes

Known Issues
- Reports of the update process hanging for extended periods when trying to install a new Build are being investigated.
- Working on a fix to enable live preview of pinned site tabs.
- They are working on enabling the new taskbar experience for existing pinned sites, as it only works with new ones being added. In the meantime, you can unpin those pages from the taskbar, remove them from the edge:// apps page, and then pin them back.
