Microsoft releases two optional updates for Windows 10 2004 and Windows 10 1909 with major bug fixes

Microsoft has released a new update but unlike the one we saw a few hours ago, aimed at members of the Insider Program, this time it is addressed to all those who have the latest stable version of Windows 10 on their computers, the May update.

This is build 19041.546, which corresponds to patch KB4577063 and is an optional update, meaning it will not be downloaded nor will it install on the computer unless we give the order to do so.An update that also arrives for those who use Windows 10 October 2019 Update but this time with the build 19042.546 Builds that provide a list of improvements among which the spatial audio fix in games or add-ons for Windows Mixed Reality.

Improvements and additions

• Added in this build a notification to Internet Explorer 11 that informs users about the end of support for Adobe Flash in December 2020. For more information, please refer to this link.
• Updates an issue that causes games that use spatial audio to stop working.
• Reduces distortions and aberrations in Windows Mixed Reality head-mounted displays
• Ensures that new Windows Mixed Reality HMDs meet the minimum specification requirements and have a default 90Hz refresh rate .
• Adds support for certain new Windows Mixed Reality motion controllers.

• Fixes an issue with Microsoft Edge IE mode that occurs when you enable Configure Enhanced Crash Detection for Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge.
• Fixes an issue that in some cases prevents the language bar from appearing when the user logs into a new session . This occurs even if the language bar is set correctly.
• Fixed an issue that does not recognize the first East Asian language character typed in a Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC) DataGrid.
• Fixes an issue that prevents you from reconnecting to a previously closed session because that session is in an unrecoverable state.
• Fixed an issue that causes games that use spatial audio to stop working.
• Fixes an issue that prevents deletion of outdated user profiles when you configure a cleanup Group Policy Object (GPO) Profile.

For users of the Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) in Japanese or Chinese languages, they may experience problems when attempting various tasks such that they receive unexpected results or cannot enter text.
