It's Not Gone: The "Fresh Start" Feature Changes Its Place With Windows 10 2004, And Microsoft Says Now

With Windows 10 May 2020 Update many people missed, however, not being able to access the option Start from scratch or Fresh Start, a formula that allows us to reinstall the operating system directly from the Microsoft server, something similar to what we can do with other platforms and devices.One function, however, was not operational and now we know that it is because Microsoft has now moved its location."

From Windows 10 2004 we must access the path Start > Settings > Update and security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get started and then check Keep my files, at which point we must choose whether we want to use cloud or local recovery. In addition, we will see the section Restore pre-installed applications?, which allows us to recover all the apps and applications, what we know as bloatware, that the manufacturer has installed on our computer."

If you are using a version equal to or earlier than Windows 10 1909 (Windows 10 November 2019 Update), the Fresh Start feature>Settings > Update and security > Security Windows > Performance and Device Status Once inside we can start Fresh Start."
