Microsoft releases Build 19635: Windows 10 prepares for the arrival of the fall update

Fixes and improvements
Available in the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider Program, this compilation begins to show some of the news that the rest of Windows users will see in the months of October or November, when the update is released for all.
