Spring update closer: Microsoft releases Build 19613.1005 within the Fast Ring in the Insider Program

Microsoft continues to release builds aimed at fixing the latest bugs and bugs that can occur before the spring update, an update for which there is very little time left and that many date throughout the month of May. Now it's the turn of Build 19613.1005.
This Build is a minor update, so no major changes can be expected. More than anything, it's meant to fix bugs and is available to everyone in the Insider Program within the Fast Ring.A build that arrives with the following patch sheet.
Cortana Improvements
Updates the Cortana app that will enable Bing responses and assistant conversations for the following regions and languages:
- English in Australia.
- English in India.
- Portuguese in Brazil.
- English and French in Canada.
- French in France.
- German in Germany.
- Italian in Italy.
- Japanese in Japan.
- Spanish in Mexico.
- Spanish in Spain.
- English in UK.
To have these improvements, you must have version 2.2004.1706.0, an improvement already released a few days ago. This is a staggered release, so it may not be available yet.
Other improvements
- "Fixes an issue that caused application icons on the taskbar to not display correctly, including the default .exe icon settings. This issue may also have caused some Insiders to have more reliability issues with explorer.exe."
- Fixed an issue affecting Windows Forms applications where the ImmSetOpenStatus API did not change the IME mode correctly when setting focus on text fields when using the new Japanese or Chinese IMEs .
- Fixes an issue with recent builds for Insiders with multiple monitors causing Visual Studio to sometimes become unresponsive to clicks.
- Fixes an issue where the doskey/listsize command had no effect.
- Fix an issue where the doskey /reinstall command removed the command line session instead of reloading doskey.
- Fixed an issue that could cause settings to crash when uninstalling a font.
- Fixes an issue affecting some users that could cause Task Manager to always display 0 seconds to the last BIOS time.
- Made some improvements to address an underlying issue that could result in a black screen for some users after login. If you continue to see this issue, try pressing WIN + Shift + Ctrl + B and then post feedback in the Feedback Hub.
Known Issues
- Are aware that Narrator and NVDA users looking for the latest Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge may experience some difficulties when browsing and reading certain web content.The Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are aware of these issues. Older Microsoft Edge users will not be affected. NVAccess has released the NVDA 2019.3 patch that resolves the known issue with Edge.
- Try to find reports of the update process hanging for long periods of time when trying to install a new build.
- Investigating reports of the battery icon on the lock screen always showing near empty, regardless of actual battery levels Battery.
- Investigate reports about IIS settings being set to default after taking a new build. You will need to back up your IIS configuration and restore it after the new build has installed successfully.
- Quickly switching between WSL distributions using the File Explorer integration might cause a transient access error. We have identified the cause of this problem and will post a solution soon.
- Investigating reports that some Insiders are experiencing unexpected freezes and bugchecks with the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error on the latest builds.
