The latest Windows 10 Build activates Bing Answers and Assistant Conversations to improve the use of Cortana

Microsoft continues to correct possible operating defects and adding some improvements to Windows 10 through the different rings that the company has in the Insider Program for Windows and now it's up to those in the Fast Ring again.
"These insiders can download build 19613.1000, a Build that, along with bug fixes, brings improvements to Cortana by adding Bing Replies and the Conversational Assistant ( Bing Answers and Assistant Conversations) in more languages."
Cortana Improvements
The Cortana application is updated, reaching version 2.2004.1706.0 and improving the one launched a few days ago. An update that activates Bing Replies and the Conversational Assistant with support for the following languages:
- English in Australia.
- English in India.
- Portuguese in Brazil.
- English and French in Canada.
- French in France.
- German in Germany.
- Italian in Italy.
- Japanese in Japan.
- Spanish in Mexico.
- Spanish in Spain.
- English in UK.
This is a staggered release, so you may not see it reflected on your team yet
Other improvements
- Fixes an issue that caused application icons on the taskbar to not display correctly, including the default .exe icon settings. This issue may also have caused some Insiders to have more reliability issues with explorer.exe.
- Fixes an issue affecting Windows Forms applications where the ImmSetOpenStatus API did not change the IME mode correctly to the set focus to text fields when using the new Japanese or Chinese IMEs.
- Fixes an issue with recent Insider builds with multiple monitors where Visual Studio sometimes becomes unresponsive to clicks.
- Fixed an issue where the doskey / listsize command had no effect.
- Addressed an issue where the doskey /reinstall command removes the command line session instead of reloading doskey.
- Fixes an issue that could cause settings to hang when uninstalling a font.
- Fixes an issue affecting some users that could cause Task Manager to always display 0 seconds for the Last BIOS Time. "
- Some improvements have been made to address an underlying issue that could cause a black screen for some users after login If you continue to see this issue, please try pressing WIN + Shift + Ctrl + B and then post feedback in the Feedback Hub."
Known Issues
- Are aware that Narrator and NVDA users looking for the latest Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge may experience some difficulties when browsing and reading certain web content. The Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are aware of these issues. Older Microsoft Edge users will not be affected. NVAccess has released the NVDA 2019.3 patch that resolves the known issue with Edge.
- Try to find reports of the update process hanging for long periods of time when trying to install a new build.
- Investigating reports of the battery icon on the lock screen always showing near empty, regardless of actual battery levels Battery.
- Investigate reports about IIS settings being set to default after taking a new build.You will need to back up your IIS configuration and restore it after the new build has installed successfully.
