Microsoft releases Build 19592 into the Fast Ring in the Insider Program: spring update is coming

Known Issues
- BattlEye and Microsoft have encountered incompatibility issues due to operating system changes between some Insider Preview builds and certain versions of the BattlEye anti-cheat software. To protect Insiders who might have these builds installed on their PC, we've placed a compatibility hold on these devices so they won't be offered affected builds of Windows Insider Preview.
- Are aware that Narrator and NVDA users looking for the latest Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge may experience some difficulties when browsing and reading certain web content. The Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are aware of these issues. Older Microsoft Edge users will not be affected. NVAccess has released the NVDA 2019 patch.3 which resolves a known issue with Edge.
- They are collecting reports that the update process hangs for long periods of time when trying to install a new build.
