Microsoft continues polishing the Spring Update release and releases Build 19041.113 into the Slow Ring

Microsoft continues to work to bring the spring update to fruition. It is the 20H1 branch of Windows 10, a release that is already rushing the last moments as far as tests are concerned with different releases within the various rings of the Program Insider.

- Fixed an issue that caused the Notepad icon to appear in the Start menu after uninstalling the Feature- version on-demand (FOD) of Notepad.
- Addresses an issue that can cause some systems to stop responding at logon because multiple background services are hosted by the same service host process.
- Fixed an issue with the Your Phone app that could cause copying of large PC files (such as pictures) to certain phone models may be out of stock.
- Fixes an issue with cellular data from certain cellular carriers that could impede connectivity on Microsoft Surface Pro X.
- Fixes an issue where prevented the new Microsoft Edge icon from being pinned to the taskbar after a user installed the new Microsoft Edge and create a new user profile on the device.
- Fixes an issue that prevents some users from logging off because the user's session becomes unresponsive.
Known Issues
Microsoft is aware that Narrator and NVDA users looking for the latest Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge may experience some difficulties when browsing and reading certain web content. The Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are aware of these issues. Older Microsoft Edge users will not be affected. NVAccess has released NVDA 2019.3 which resolves the known issue with Edge.
