Microsoft releases Build 19587 for Fast Ring insiders in order to continue fine-tuning the 20H1 branch

Despite the delicate situation in which we find ourselves in many countries, some of whom are forcibly confined to their homes, at Microsoft they do not stop developing versions of Windows that are coming, the most immediate one that corresponds to the 20H1 branch and should arrive in spring.
Continuing with the release schedule, at Microsoft have released Build 19587, released for those who are part of the Insider Program within the Quick Ring. A compilation that, as usual, focuses on adding improvements, fixing bugs and improving system stability.
General changes and improvements
- Following user feedback, now when muting the volume, the volume will not be turned off if using the volume keys on the keypad until volume is increased or manually muted.
- Added improvements to Narrator and how it works with some of the controls in Windows.
- Narrator now uses easier path to describe audio output in the Select playback device dropdown in the volume sidebar .
- Narrator now offers more information in the Add Bluetooth or other devices dialog box in the Settings app when you first open it.

Known Issues
- On ARM devices this build is blocked due to an issue that causes them to receive a bug check.
- BattlEye and Microsoft have encountered incompatibility issues due to operating system changes between some Insider Preview builds and certain versions of the software BattlEye anti-cheat. To protect Insiders who might have these builds installed on their PC, we've placed a compatibility hold on these devices so they won't be offered affected builds of Windows Insider Preview.
- Because Narrator and NVDA users looking for the latest Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge may experience some difficulties when browsing and reading certain web content. The Narrator, NVDA, and Edge teams are aware of these issues. Older Microsoft Edge users will not be affected. NVAccess has released the NVDA 2019.3 patch that resolves the known issue with Edge.
- Are aware of failures during the update process, which may experience hangs for long periods of time when trying to install a new build .
- Some devices may experience a bug check (GSOD) during reboot to install this update If this happens, log in, schedule one hour for update installation, and then logs off all user profiles before the scheduled installation time.The installation will continue as expected.
- The Documents in Privacy section has an icon that doesn't display correctly.
- When trying to use Win + PrtScn to capture a screenshot, the image is not saved in the 2Screenshots" directory. For now, you'll need to use one of the other options for taking screenshots, such as WIN + Shift + S.
- They analyze reports in which when executing the corruption repair (DISM), the process stops at 84.9%.
- We are investigating reports that sticky note windows cannot be moved on the desktop. As a workaround, when you set the focus to Sticky Notes, press Alt + Space. A menu will appear containing a Move option. Select it, then you should be able to use the arrow keys or your mouse to move the window.
