Time to update: Microsoft releases Build 19541 into the Fast Ring in the Windows Insider Program

Microsoft continues to release updates to add new features and above all improve the operation of Windows 10 and this time a new compilation is coming to the Insider Program, specifically for users who are part of the Fast Ring. This is Build 19541

General changes, improvements and fixes

Present Problems
- BattlEye and Microsoft have encountered incompatibility issues due to operating system changes between some Insider Preview builds and certain versions of the BattlEye anti-cheat software. To protect Insiders who might have these builds installed on their PC, we've placed a compatibility hold on these devices so they won't be offered affected builds of Windows Insider Preview.
- They are looking for reports of the update process hanging for long periods of time when trying to install a new build.
- They are looking for reports of certain external USB 3.0 drives not responding with Start Code 10 after they are connected.
- Optimize Drives Dashboard incorrectly reports that optimization has never run on some devices. The optimization is completing successfully, even though it is not reflected in the user interface.
- The Documents in Privacy section has a broken icon (just a rectangle).
- Remote desktop connection hangs when trying to connect to multiple sessions.
- Snipping does not work on secondary monitors.
- The timeline does not show any activity.
- They are investigating reports that Outlook search is not working for some Insiders.
