Microsoft releases Build 19002.1002 with a single purpose: fix crash on shutdown and restart in Windows 10

A few days ago Microsoft released Build 19002, a compilation intended to polish the release of the 20H1 branch which among its data offered improvements but also errors that should be polished over time with successive patches that would reach the market.

One of the bugs present was relatively minor, as this is a legacy issue from a previous build where some devices would hang during shutdown or reboot , something that had caused complaints from users.And now, Microsoft releases the patch to fix this bug.

Error corrected

The error, inherited from Build 18999, is already beginning to be corrected thanks to a patch that has begun to be deployed under Build number 19002.1002. A build focused only on fixing this bug.

And it is necessary to remember that the problems with shutting down and restarting did not have a solution and you had to use the two alternative methodsthat they had provided from the Windows Insiders forums:

To turn off the equipment:
