Microsoft releases Build 18362.10019 in the Slow Ring to polish the fall update release

Microsoft has begun the deployment of a new Build that bears the number 18362.10019. A compilation that is being distributed for all users within the Insider Program that are part of the Slow Ring and with which they want to end the distinctions that we have seen in other releases.
A Build that represents one more step in what will be the launch of the 19H2 branch of Windows 10 and that brings all the new functions, already activated by default, to all users who decide to install it.

If you already had Build 18362.10014 with 19H2 features disabled by default, you will now receive Build 18362.10019 today with all features 19H2 activated. If you already had Build 18362.10015 with 19H2 features enabled by default, you will also receive Build 18362.10019 with all 19H2 features enabled. These are the changes and improvements coming with Build 18362.10019.
- This update includes 5 fixes to address problems with Windows containers and allow the host to run lower-level containers on the upper level for process isolation (Argon).
- Enabling OEMs to reduce print latency based on the hardware capabilities of their devices instead of being stuck with the latency selected in typical hardware settings by the operating system .
- Key Rotation or Key Rotation feature enables secure transfer of recovery passwords to MDM-managed AAD devices on demand from Microsoft Intune/MDM tools or every time the password is used recovery to unlock the BitLocker protected drive. This feature will help prevent accidental disclosure of the recovery password as part of users manually unlocking the BitLocker drive.
