Microsoft continues to polish the arrival of the 201H1 branch in Windows 10 by releasing Build Build 18912 in the Insider Program

Changes, improvements and corrections
- Fixed an issue that caused some Insiders to experience unexpected green screens in the latest Build under the bug with win32k.sys.
- Fixes a bug present in the last two builds that caused the screen to go black.
- Fixed an issue that caused Focus Assist to activate unexpectedly via the automatic full screen rule for some users after minimizing all apps.
- Fixed an issue where when using a remote desktop to connect to an enhanced session VM, the taskbar search results were not visible.
- Fixed an issue where Text to Speech (TTS) would not read certain emoji.
- Fixed an issue where selecting a color filter in Accessibility settings would not apply it immediately unless the color filters option was turned off and back on to turn on.
- Fixed an issue where users navigating to the Graphics Settings page may have experienced app crashes.
- Fixed a bug where double-clicking the refresh icon on the taskbar would cause setup to launch and then crash immediately.
- Fixed an issue affecting the reliability of the emoji panel and clipboard history.
- Fixed an issue that caused the IME candidate window for East Asian IMEs (Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, and Japanese IME) to be inaccessible.
- Fixed a bug where Chinese Pinyin and Wubi IME text candidates could not be selected using the number keys on the Numpad.
- Fixed a bug that caused the tooltip size for the Chinese Pinyin IME candidate window to be an inconsistent font size.
Known Issues
- For those using a Home edition of Windows 10, some devices may not see the update as installed on the update history page.
- For those using a Home edition of Windows 10, some devices may not be able to see the download progress percentage change on the Windows Update page.
- There is a bug in older versions of anti-cheat software used with games where after upgrading to the latest 19H1 Insider Preview versions it causes your PC to crash. They are working with partners to update the software with a fix, and most games have released patches to prevent PCs from experiencing this issue. To minimize the chance of having this issue, make sure you're running the latest version of your games before attempting to update your operating system.
- Some Re altek SD card readers do not work properly.
- There is a noticeable delay when dragging the emoji and dictation panels.
- Tamper protection may be turned off in Windows Security after upgrading to this build. You can turn it back on.
- There is an issue with the Bopomofo IME where the character width is suddenly changed to Full Width from Half Width and is being investigated.
