Known Issues
- Keep showing up glitches with older versions of anti-cheat software used with some games where, after upgrading to the latest versions of 19H1 Insider Preview, PCs may experience crashes.Microsoft is working with partners to update their software with a fix. To avoid this bug as much as possible, they recommend making sure you're running the latest version of your games before attempting to update your operating system.
- Some Re altek SD card readers are not working properly. They are working on a solution.
- When using remote desktop to connect to a session VM, taskbar search results will not be visible (only in a dark area) until you restart searchui.exe.

- There is still noticeable lag when dragging the emoji and dictation panels.
- Tamper protection may be turned off in Windows Security after upgrading to this build. You can turn it back on.

Known Issues for Developers
If you install builds from the Fast Ring and switch to the Slow Ring or Release Preview, optional content such as enabling developer mode will fail. You will need to stay on the fast ring to add/install/enable optional content. This is because optional content will only be installed on builds that are approved for specific rings.Windows 10 Insiders in the Fast Ring and Skip Ahead can download the build by checking for updates in Settings.
If you belong to the Fast Ring within the Insider Program, you can download the update by going to the usual route, that is, Settings > Update and Security > Windows UpdateAn update that is focused above all on improving the performance of the operating system."
