Windows 10 May 2019 Update a little closer with the arrival of Build 18362.30 to the Release Preview ring
Leaving aside the preparation that Microsoft is carrying out for the spring 2020 update, immediacy leads us to talk about this month of May, the estimated date on whichwe should get the spring update.
If we previously knew them as Windows 10 April 2019 Update, now we know that the name will be Windows 10 May 2019 Update An update that is about and a symptom is the arrival of the release of a new Build within the Release Preview Ring in the Insider Program.
Normally, the arrival in the Release Preview Ring means that we are very close to seeing the final version arrive, something for which however still remains. And it is that given the latest problems suffered with the updates (especially with Windows 10 October 2018 Update), from the American company they have put more pause in the rhythm of launches.
The goal is to better check the status of each update to avoid possible failures. The update released for the arrival of Windows 10 May 2019 Update arrives under Build 18362.30.
In this new Build we are not going to find improvements regarding what we have already seen in the Slow and Fast Rings. Let's remember what were the improvements that came with that Build:
- Fixed an issue where Azure Active Directory users were unable to sign in after upgrading to 19H1 on a domain-joined PC that was not in MDM.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to enable or disable the .NET Framework or other additional features after installing cumulatives.
- Fixed a bug where a PC user could enter a no-boot state after installing a cumulative update and then an On-Demand Feature.
If you belong to the Release Preview Ring within the Insider Program, you can download the update by going to the usual path, that is, Settings > Update and Security > Windows UpdateAn update that is focused above all on improving the performance of the operating system."
