Table of contents:
Yes a while ago we saw how Build 18361 arrived to polish bugs present in the 19H1 branch for the upcoming release of Windows 10 April 2019 Update, now it's time for another build. Build 18356.16, which, unlike the previous one, focuses on users targeted to the Slow Ring of the Insider Program.
A build that corresponds to patch KB4494123 and has been announcedby Dona Sarkar , as is often the case , on her Twitter account. An even more polished Build than the previous ones that materializes the _feedback_ generated by the insiders in previous rings.
Mobile Mirroring on PC with Your Phone
"A compilation that opens the possibility of accessing our phone from the PC through the Your Phone application. Now you can mirror the screen of your Android-based phone directly on your PC."
This way you can access almost all the content stored in the terminal, whether they are multimedia files or even applications. To do this, you must have the most current version of the app, the one with the number 1.0.20701.0 or higher.
A utility that for now is officially limited to Samsung models (Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ ), although it is planned to be extended and apparently already supports new models.
A possibility that still presents a series of problems that must be corrected before it reaches all users.
- There are failures with touch input.
- Always on Display will not be displayed on phone screen displayed on PC
- or the brightness preferences are applied.
- Audio will continue to play on the phone's speakers and not on the PC.
- Double clicking can cause the notification center to open.
- Some games and applications are not playable with the mouse, in the case of Pokémon Go, Merge Dragons, Feedly…
- When you enable the setting to hide the virtual keyboard while using a physical keyboard, the virtual keyboard will disappear if you are within Bluetooth range of the PC, regardless of the status of the Your Phone app or screen session of the telephone
