  • Investigating an issue that prevents VMware from installing or updating Windows Insider Preview builds. It is recommended to use Hyper-V as an alternative.

Known Issues for Developers

If any of the recently released builds are installed in the Skip Ahead Ring and then switched to the Slow Ring, optional content such as enabling developer mode will fail.
