Microsoft continues to polish the release of Windows 10 April 2019 Update by releasing Build 18351 within the Insider Program

There is very little left for the latest version of Windows 10 to reach us. We initially knew it as branch 19H1 and later we learned which would be renamed Windows 10 April 2019 Update. Naming that follows the line started with previous versions of Windows.

Build 18351 has been announced by Dona Sarkar and Brandon LeBlanc and arrives offering some fixes to known issues.

Fixed Problems

• The game State of Decay is re-released for free and for a limited time. Added fixes to improve the download and installation experience based on user-generated feedback.
• Fixed an issue with other Builds that could lead to a lack of monitor support in the built-in color management application.
• Fixed an issue that caused Explorer.exe to crash for some Insiders when refreshing the jump list content.
• Fixed an issue that caused some devices to experience a 30-second queue before pin re-entry was available after entering a pin incorrectly on the lock screen.

• Fixes an issue where the time displayed on the Windows Sandbox clock does not match the clock outside of Windows Sandbox.
• Fixed an issue that caused Emoji 12 to appear as boxes in certain XAML text fields .
• Fixed a bug that caused text scaling values ​​to not persist across updates for Win32 applications.
• Due to a Narrator read reliability issue for the ?Change how uppercase text is read? feature, the feature is disabled as of build 18351.
• Fixed an issue where the mouse pointer color might incorrectly change to white after logging out and back in.

Known issues that still persist

• A bugcheck (GSOD) may be generated if games are used with anti-cheat software.
• Creative X-Fi sound cards are not working properly. They are working with Creative to fix the bug.

Known Issues for Developers

If a developer installs any of the recent builds inside the fast ring and then skips to the Slow ring, optional content such as enabling developer mode will fail. You must stay in the fast ring to add, install, or enable optional content.
