Time to update: Microsoft releases three Builds for Windows 10 in versions 1703

We just passed halfway through the week and we already have another wave of builds here from Microsoft. This is a series of builds for everyone using Windows 10 versions 1803, 1709, and 1703.
These are cumulative updates that arrive as 15063.1596 (KB4480959) for Windows 10 Creators Update, 16299.936 (KB4480967) in the case of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and with the number 17134.556 (KB4480976) for Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
Windows 10 Creators Update 15063.1596
- Fixes an issue that causes downloads to fail due to a Mark of the Web (MOTW) location issue.
- Fixes an issue in Microsoft Edge that does not fire the focused event if an element's focused event listener changes the focus to another element.
- Fixes a bug that caused some applications to not display the Help (F1) window correctly.
- Fixed an issue that caused BitLocker Network Unlock to fail on generation 2 virtual machines if used on a network that only supports IPv4.
- Fixed a bug that caused catalog-signed scripts, including those shipped as part of Windows, to incorrectly generate a Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) failure audit event ).
- Fixed bug that could cause a 30 second delay when removing or renaming a link in a Distributed File System (DFS) namespace.
- Resolves an issue that prevents you from overwriting a file in a shared folder.
- Fixes an issue that caused third-party applications to have difficulty authenticating access points.
Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 16299.936
- Fixes an issue in Microsoft Edge that does not fire the focused event if an element's focused event listener changes the focus to another element.
- Fixes a bug that caused some applications to not display the Help (F1) window correctly.
- Fix a bug that caused applications to crash when converting Long Kana to Kanji using a mix of predictive and non-predictive input.
- Fix issues with multi-monitor setups that cause a window to unexpectedly move to a different monitor when reconnecting to an existing user session.
- Now, if you use a desktop background image set by group policy, it will update if it has the same name as the previous image.
- Fixed an issue that caused BitLocker Network Unlock to fail on generation 2 virtual machines if used on a network that only supports IPv4.
- Fixed a bug that caused catalog-signed scripts, including those shipped as part of Windows, to incorrectly generate a Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) failure audit event ).
- Fixes an issue with scheduled tasks created in a disabled state causing them to fail to run.
- Fix an issue that prevented overwriting a file in a shared folder due to an Access Denied error when loading a filter driver.

- Fixes an issue in Microsoft Edge that does not fire the focused event if an element's focused event listener changes the focus to another element.
- Fixes an issue with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages that caused timeline and sharing features and roaming settings to stop working.
- Fixes a bug that caused some applications to not display the Help (F1) window correctly.
- Prevent power options from appearing on Windows security screen when setting per-user group policy to hide power options.
- Fixed bugs with links for certain compressed file formats.
- Fixed an issue that caused BitLocker Network Unlock to fail on generation 2 virtual machines if used on a network that only supports IPv4.
- Fixes a privacy issue with apps gaining the BroadFileSystemAccess capability without user consent.
- Fixed a bug in the WAM registry that caused some applications, such as Microsoft Office, to stop working.
- Fixed a bug that caused catalog-signed scripts, including those shipped as part of Windows, to incorrectly generate a Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) failure audit event ).
- Fixes an issue that may cause a blue screen to appear when a storage device is connected via Thunderbolt.
- Fixes an issue that may cause third-party applications to have difficulty authenticating access points.
- Succeeded in preventing Windows Driver Frameworks from causing high CPU utilization.
- Fixed bug that could cause a 30 second delay when removing or renaming a link in a Distributed File System (DFS) namespace.
- If multiple users are working on a group share simultaneously, renaming a folder can take 30 seconds and even cause File Explorer to stop responding.
- Resolves an issue that prevents you from overwriting a file in a shared folder due to an Access Denied error.
The updates correspond to the codes KB4480959, KB4480967 and KB4480976 and can now be downloaded in each case by going to the usual route, that is, Configuration > Update and Security > Windows Update. Updates that are primarily focused on improving operating system performance"
