The blue screens return and Microsoft again suspends another update for Windows 10
Microsoft does not raise its head with Windows 10 October 2018 Update. So much so that for some users the best thing to do is almost give up an update that doesn't stop generating headaches. There are already too many since it came to light back in October.

And it is that after installing the KB4467682 patch, many users are experiencing blue screens, a fact that has caused Microsoft to withdraw again the update… again.
The issue for now affects those using a Surface Book 2 and who had the Windows 10 April 2018 Update installed. After receiving the KB4467682 patch, the blue screen problem has been generated again, a problem that Microsoft already knows about and for which they have no solution to correct it.
The company admits the bug, which means that after installing the patch, a blue or black screen appears before those affected with an error code that offers the message “ System thread exception not handled”.
Microsoft therefore nips in the bud and withdraws the distribution of the patch causing the problem and which had been released in order to remedy the numerous bugs that occurred in the latest version of the operating system. It seems that the remedy has been worse than the disease.
From Redmond they assure that the patch that solves this problem will not arrive until next week, so in the meantime they withdraw the update through Windows Update. If you have a problem, all you have to do is wait, because uninstalling the patch and going back to a previous point will not make your equipment free of failures, of other failures previously present.
