Windows users can now download Build 17134.137 to fix common issues

In the middle of the week and we are talking about updates again, this time without having to do with the Insider Program, but rather for the majority of users. And it is that has released a new cumulative update for users of Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
This is Build 17134.137 which corresponds to patch KB4284848. An update that is now available to all users who have the most recent version of Windows (1803) and that comes focused on solving different problems that until now were still unresolved
No new features
Intended mostly for bug fixes, we are not going to find new functions and features It's mostly about getting rid of small malfunctions and help improve system stability. These are the best ones that include:
- Fixed issue that caused the HDR transmission calibration slider in video settings to stop working due to a conflict with panel brightness intensity settings configured by certain OEMs.
- Fixed some streaming compatibility issues with certain streaming video content providers.
- Fixed a bug that caused media content previously generated by Media Center to not play after installing the Windows 10 April 2018 Update.
- Fixes an issue where SmartHeap did not work with UCRT.
- Fixes performance crash in App-V, which slows down many actions in Windows 10.
- Fixed bug that caused Appmonitor to stop working on logoff if the Settingstoragepath option was set incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue that caused Appmonitor to stop working on logoff and user settings were not saved.
- Fixed a bug where client applications running on a container image would not conform to the dynamic port range.
- Fixed an issue where the DNS server could crash when using DNS Query Resolution Policies with a ?Not Equal? (NE).
- Fixed an issue with custom T1 and T2 values after configuring DHCP failover.
- Fixed a bug that caused the latest versions of Google Chrome (67.0.3396.79+) to stop working on some devices.
- Fixed various issues with the Remote Desktop client where pop-ups and drop-downs would not appear and right-clicking the client would not work correctly. A bug that occurred when using applications remotely.
- Fixes an issue that causes a connection error when a Remote Desktop connection does not read the bypass list for a proxy that has multiple entries.
- Fixed bug to prevent Microsoft Edge from crashing when initializing a feed download from a malformed URL.
- Fixes an issue where some users may receive an error when accessing files or running programs from a shared folder using the SMBv1 protocol. The error is ?Invalid argument provided?.
- Fixes an issue that causes Task Scheduler tasks configured with an S4U login to fail with the error: ?ERROR_NO_SUCH_LOGON_SESSION / STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT?
