Still using Windows 10 Creators Update? Well, you have a new security update pending.
Windows 10 April 2018 Update is already among us. Little by little, the latest version of Windows sneaks into more computers (if it hasn't arrived, you can force the installation) but that doesn't mean that the previous versions are helpless. This is the case of Windows 10 Creators Update, a version that, although with some time behind it, has just received a cumulative security update
It is aimed at those who still have Windows 10 in version 1703 on their computers.This update that Microsoft has released has the code KB4103722 that corresponds to Build 15063.1112 and is classified as a priority because it is called upon to cover important security holes.

- Fixed an issue that caused an error when trying to change the smart card service startup type from Disabled to Manual or Automatic.
- Fixed an issue that caused authentication issues when using Windows Authentication Manager.
- Fixed a bug that caused client applications that use Windows Authentication Manager to stop working when making a request to the server.
- Fixed a bug that caused BitLocker to enter recovery mode when updates were applied.
- Enabled the Visual Studio IntelliTrace rollback feature to take snapshots of an application whose debug platform target is set to x86.
- Fixed an issue where the connection bar is missing in Virtual Machine Connection (VMConnect) when using full screen mode on multiple monitors.
- Fixed an issue where Windows 10 clients authenticating to 802.1x WLAN access points are unable to apply Group Policy permissions, run scripts, or retrieve roaming profiles on the user login. This occurs because Kerberos authentication fails for \domain\sysvol, \domain\netlogon, and other DFS paths.
- Fixed an issue that causes UWPs to stop working when using XAML Map Control.
