Microsoft releases a new cumulative update for Windows 10 with the numbering 16299.248

- Fixed issue that caused DirectX Games frame rates to be unintentionally capped on certain computers.
- Fixed issue causing delays when switching keyboard languages with Alt + Shift keys.
- Fixed bug with surround sound audio endpoints not returning to stereo after a reboot.
- Added improvements and reduction with the operation of some models of Bluetooth keyboards.
- Fixed mouse lag for displaying battery status.
- Fixed issue with MMC application snap-ins such as Services, Local Policy Management, and Printer Management not running when Windows Defender Application Control (Device Guard) is turned on.
- Fixed bug where Windows Server installations, version 1709 are not activated automatically using the Automated Virtual Machine Activation (AVMA) feature in Hyper-V that has been enabled.
- Fixed crash with Auto-register inbox templates for UEV.
- Fixed issue where the App-V client does not read the policy for SyncOnBatteriesEnabled when the policy was set via a Group Policy Object (GPO).
- Fixed bug with user data in registry not being maintained correctly when some App-V packages belong to connection group.
- Added an additional registry to allow administrators to choose options when there are multiple configuration files for a single package.
- Fixed issue with App-V packages not supporting registry virtualization using kernel containers. To do this, the registry virtualization has been changed to use the previous method by default.
