Microsoft releases cumulative update 15063.608 for Windows 10 on PC and mobile

- Fixed issue with Internet Explorer where undo would crash when canceling character conversion via IME.
- Fixed issue with EMIE where Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer repeatedly switched to each other.
- Fixed issue where a device may stop responding for several minutes and then stop working with error 0x9F (SYSTEM_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) when using a USB network adapter.
- Fixed the issue where some applications could not be opened because the IPHlpSvc service was not responding during the Windows startup procedure.
- Fixed issue where spoolsv.exe stops working.
- Fixed issue where upgrading to Windows 10 caused some users to experience delays when running applications hosted on Windows Server 2008 SP2.
- Address RemoteApp display issues occur when minimizing and restoring a RemoteApp to full screen mode.
- Fixed the issue where Windows File Explorer stops responding and causes the system to crash.
- Resolved issue that causes the Export-StartLayout cmdlet to fail when exporting the layout of tiles on startup.
- Fixed issue that caused Azure AAD join function to fail.
- Fixed issue with clicking Windows Action Center notification buttons.
- Added security updates for Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows Kernel Mode Drivers, Windows Shell, Microsoft Uniscribe, Microsoft Edge, Device Guard, Windows TPM, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Hyper-V, Windows Kernel, and Windows Virtualization.
