Not convinced by Windows 10 S? Microsoft extends the deadline to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for free by three months

When we first saw the Surface Laptop live, next to it we saw a co-star who even dared to steal part of its screen share. We are talking about Windows 10 S, the version of Windows specifically designed for use in educational environments or at least designed for those users looking for extra security.

We have already said a lot about Windows 10 S. A tremendously secure version that stands out above all for limiting the possibility of installing programs and applications so that we are limited to only using those that we can find in the Windows Store .Now each user must determine if this proposal seems interesting.

A limitation that not everyone liked and that, at Microsoft, they knew. So the next step was clear. The only limitation to benefit from this proposal was found over time and that is that to go from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Pro for free only until the end of the year . A period that seemed short to many.

And it may be that either the requests from the users have reached Microsoft or that the company has not managed to attract too many users to Windows 10 S, but to make their product more attractive they have announced a few hours that the term is extended for three more months, exactly until March 31, 2018.
