Microsoft releases Build 14965 for Windows 10 on PCs within the slow ring
It's Thursday and as expected it's time to talk about updates, of Builds that Microsoft puts on our table so we can savor the latest improvements to your system, whether on mobile phones or desktop computers, which is the case at hand at this time.
It's been a quiet week so far, by which time we learned from Dona Sarkar (who else) that Microsoft has released a new Build for Windows Insider Program members within the slow ring. This is Build 14965 and let's review what it offers.
We cannot say that this is a revolutionary update, because Build 14965 is mainly dedicated to updating some applications of the system and provide improvements focused on the use of connected monitors as well as bug fixes to optimize operation. - Now it will be easier to control an external monitor that we connect to our PC or tablet using the virtual touchpad and without having to use of a mouse. To enable this option we must press and hold our finger on the start bar and select Show touchpad button. We will see how an icon will appear in the notification area and by pressing there you will be able to use the virtual touchpad."
- Sticky Notes app updated now reaching version 1.2.9.Insights support has been extended to many more languages and regions, with more to come in future updates
- The Windows Ink workspace has been improved, with an increase in the number of recently used apps displayed in the workspace work or an improvement in the performance of the loading of Sketchpad among other new features.
- Included a new address bar in the Windows registry editor.
- Worked on improving the Hyper-V VM experience and fixed an issue where depending on the selected zoom level , the virtual machine window could not be displayed large enough to avoid the scrollbars
You have the complete list of improvements so you can try them on your team. This Build belongs to the Redstone 2 development branch, concerning the Creators Update of the operating system.
