We teach you to increase the duration of notifications in Windows 10
Many times while we are working we notifications and warnings of all kinds reach our team, alerts that we cannot always see about the march because it is possible that at that moment we are carrying out another activity that prevents us from accessing them.
Modern operating systems, in this case we are talking about Windows 10, offer improved notification systems and such is the importance of themselves, that companies (Microsoft, Apple, Google...) are increasingly making an effort to improve them, whether on mobile or desktop devices.
But of course, each user is different and not everyone has the same needs or the same preferences, so the ability to personalize and adapt seems essentialin order to achieve optimal performance.
And in this sense we are going to explain a simple modification that some users may not know about, but that will allow us to make better use of notifications; it is about increase (or modify) the time for which they remain visible
Default alerts come with a predefined time to remain visible, but that may be short for some users. After that time they disappear. But we can change this time in a simple way, very useful especially in the case of older people who have asked me for a solution to their problem.
-
To change the values that the notification time is marked by default, we will access the precise configuration through the "Windows Start Menu" and then look for the field ?Setting?.
-
"
Once inside the Settings menu, we must _click_ on the ?Accessibility? icon. ."
- Once inside we look for access to ?Other options? and once inside we select the menu that says ?Show notifications during?.
- Within this menu we can change the time that we want to give to the notifications so that they remain on the screen.
Only four steps that will allow us to change the time that is set by default for displaying the warnings on the screen and in this way achieve a better use of them.
