And we arrive with the ration of Builds, because it's time to talk about news, in this case both for devices with Windows 10 Mobile or PC. This is the Build 14379 that has been released for members of the Insider program within the fast ring.

This is a new compilation available for Windows 10 on PC and Mobile that comes above all to improve the general functioning of the system by means of bug fixes and some minor additions.

And of course, to talk about Buids is to talk about Dona Sarkar, who has once again provided the information through her Twitter account and in which it leaves us with the link to all the news that we will be able to find in this Build. The guys at Microsoft have a great pace of releases, because two days ago we told you about the news of Build 14376. So here we are, waiting with increasing impatience for the arrival of August 2 to be able to get hold of the Anniversary Update.

Improvements and additions to the PC Build:

  • Fixed an issue where the size of the Credentials Interface might not be large enough to display content on a PC with high DPI.
  • Fixed an issue where Action Center might crash after removing a large number of notifications.
  • Fixed an issue where the Centennial app when launched from Start or Cortana is not displayed among the apps in the ?Most used? list.
  • Fixed an issue where after minimizing and reopening the Notes app, the keyboard focus might not be on the note

Mobile improvements and fixes:

  • Fixed an issue that could result in a selection rectangle being visible in certain apps, such as Groove or Cortana, after activating the keyboard.
  • Fixed an issue where the aspect ratio of the images on the Live Tile appeared stretched.

Problems still persisting on PC

Using Continuum from your phone with the Connect app will not work, this will be fixed in the next Build

Known Mobile Build Issues:

  • You can open PDF files in Microsoft Edge, but you won't be able to interact with the PDF (such as scrolling, zooming in, or zooming out). When you try to use touch to interact with a PDF, it will constantly reload the PDF.
  • We are investigating decreases in battery life in older devices, such as the Lumia 830, 930, and 1520.
  • Wi-Fi disconnection issues continue to be investigated
  • The backup format for Windows 10 on mobile devices has been changed to reduce their storage size on OneDrive. As a result, if you make a backup on a device running the latest Build Windows 10 Mobile Insider preview, you roll back to the release build of Windows 10 Mobile (Build 10586) and restore from the backup, the screen layout startup is not restored and will display the default startup layout.Your previous backup is also overwritten.
  • If you need to go back to Build 10586 temporarily, once you're on Build 10586 you should disable backup so it doesn't overwrite the Preview backup.

Have you downloaded it yet?_ _What do you think of the additions and improvements it introduces?
