Windows 10 Build 14316 is now in the fast ring with Bash and Edge extensions

If you are a member of the Windows Insider program, this news that is coming now may interest you and it is that a few hours ago Gabriel Aul through his Twitter account just announced the availability from Windows 10 for PC Build 14316.

• Added improvements to Windows Update settings so that no updates are installed during device active hours.

• New extensions are arriving for Microsoft Edge such as Pin it, OneNote Clipper, Reddit Enhancement Suite, Mouse Gestures and Microsoft Translator.

  

• Cortana can now synchronize between devices so we can receive low battery notifications, find our phone, share map directions…

• Skype UWP arrives with new features and coming soon to Windows 10 Mobile.
• Improvements in the action center.

• New Emojis are introduced.

Issues fixed in Build 14316:

• Fixed the problem that there was when clicking on Update and restart that caused the update to not start.
• Fixed problem with some computers with TPM chips.
• Fixed a problem when using multiple monitors and full screen applications.
• Fixed an issue with apps pinned to the Start menu
• Improved the side menu of the user interface and fixed the problem with text input when entering the Wi-Fi password.

Bugs still present in Build 14316:

• Continuing problems with Narrator and other applications being unable to read selected text.
• Windows 10 Mobile and HoloLens emulator fails in Visual Studio with message: ”Authentication error occurred. Cannot be connected”.
• In Microsoft Edge some downloads may stop at 99%. As a temporary solution it is recommended to change the name of the file that we are going to download.
• Sometimes trying to activate developer mode can crash the Settings app.
• Some notifications will only display the icon, however the full text of the notification will be visible within the Action Center.
