The most obvious use of this is to increase the visibility of certain suggestions or unresolved issues, so they get more votes from the user community, and Microsoft can give them higher priority.
How to download the new Windows Insider build
"If we are already inside the Insider program, simply go to Settings > Update and security > Windows Update and press the button Check for updates ."
Otherwise, press the Advanced Options button>Start."
