The good thing is that there is a way to use Cortana in Spanish from Spain, even if we live in Latin America It is not the ideal solution, Of course, since the assistant will have a Spanish accent, and some of its settings will be specifically adapted for that country (for example, the jokes, or the currency), but worse is nothing, so here we go.

To start, go to Settings > Time and language > Region and language and there select Spain as Country or Region. Then, below you have to click on “Add a language” and select Spanish (Spain) in the new window that will appear.
