A new build of Windows 10 can be seen on the net with improvements in the interface and the kernel 10.0
The latest released Windows 10 Technical Preview build, 9879, is the last build that members of the Windows program will have access to Insider during this year 2014. At least until next January there will be no new builds available to the public, but that does not mean that Microsoft does not continue producing internal builds and that they end up leaking to the internet.
That's what just happened with Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9888 that people at WinBeta. This would be a build for internal use and for partners that would not expect to see the public light Many functions that Redmond would maintain are still not implemented or remain blocked locked up waiting to be announced. But that doesn't mean there aren't some noteworthy changes.
As can be seen in the video produced by WinBeta, with build 9888 Microsoft would be promoting a greater unification of the interface with the adoption of a unique style of contextual menu Until now the appearance of these varied depending on whether we were right-clicking on an element of the Modern UI environment or the desktop. That needed to change and, despite not being implemented everywhere yet, it seems to be starting to do so with this build.
"Although of relative importance, the unification and polishing of the Windows 10 interface is one of the most requested requests by users of the test program. In build 9888 there is more to it, such as new animations when maximizing or minimizing windows; but there are also changes in other sections of the system. This is the case of the configuration application, now called simply Settings, which integrates a search bar in the side menu that facilitates access to the specific option of the configuration of our equipment that we want to consult."
But for internal changes this build hides one in the name of the system kernel itself. And it is that Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9888 is one of the first to incorporate version 10.0 of the NT kernel Until recently, successive builds of Windows 10 , like the 9879, came with version 6.4 of the kernel. A name that Microsoft intends to abandon with a jump in numbering that has already been confirmed by the company.
