One of the novelties that will arrive with Windows 11 and collection of the canceled Windows 10X, comes in the form of new icons with a redesign that makes them more colorful in contrast to what we have seen so far. An aesthetic improvement but not the only one, as another characteristic is the position, in the center of the screen, of the taskbar

And if you're using a Windows 10 PC and want to test these features, you can do so without any problems thanks to the FalconX utility. You can download it for free from its developer's page and it allows to simulate the appearance of Windows 10X without having to use the emulator we talked about a few days ago.

The icons in the center of the screen

Although there is still time for Windows 11 to be released in a stable way, we can already access one of its improvements if we use Windows 10. FalconX allows us to skip this wait by offering a download from the developer's website , but also from the Microsoft Store and from Github. Once downloaded and installed, it allows to place the taskbar in the lower center part of the screen and enjoy the new design.

Once enabled, FalconX allows us to configure the taskbar to our liking, modifying the position, size, background of the bar and even its animation, being able to choose between different times and different modes.Of course, for now the blue start button is still located on the left of the screen.

"

FalconX can be set to start boot when the computer is turned on to avoid having to activate it manually. If we want it to stop being operational, we will have to press the button Stop>"
