Sticky Notes recovers a basic function in the version released in Windows 10 although for now only in the Insider Program
Sticky Notes has been receiving constant improvements on the platforms on which it is available for almost a year. For those who don't know it yet, Sticky Notes is an application for planning our day so that no task goes unnoticed and is forgotten. A lightweight and lighter alternative to OneNote if you want to take notes quickly and without complications.
This is a utility that allows you to write down daily tasks, much like Google Keep or Things, if we go to iOS and macOS.And now it is the version available for Windows 10 that is updated, receiving improvements that users of the Insider Program can access within the Fast Ring.
This update to Sticky Notes arrives under the numbering 3.7 and together with the new functions it brings, as expected, a correction of errors and an optimization of the general operation of the application.
But without a doubt what stands out the most is the return of a function that was already present and that had disappeared by surprise with one of the previous updates. This is the possibility of using Windows Ink, so that we can use this system to create quick notes, reminders, doodle or write in Sticky Notes.
Sticky Notes is in constant development and proof of this are the different updates that it has been receiving and through which it has seen the arrival of the multi-desktop support, the ability to add images, compatibility with Cortana... In version 3.7 this is the change log that we are going to find:
- Windows Ink support returns.
- Fixes have been made to improve Insights and now allow you to add reminders for session ideas and even remember them if we disconnect.
- Possibility of using colors in the text. They recommend trying it with dark backgrounds.
- Bug fixes, accessibility fixes, and performance improvements.
