More features and improvements are coming to Skype 8 which is now available to more users
In July, Microsoft decided to kill Skype 7 with the stroke of a pen, a move that would be effective September 1, 2018 (it later extended the deadline to November 1). But this cessation did not mean that the popular messaging service would disappear, as they had prepared a replacement with an updated version of Skype or version 8
