Microsoft will improve the appearance of the Edge settings menu with the new Build based on Redstone 5
Table of contents:
Since its arrival, Microsoft Edge has continually evolved by adding improvements and fixing bugs. The battle is very hard, especially because of the contenders in front of it. Chrome and Firefox will not make victory easy and that is why from Microsoft they must take care of all the details of their browser to make it appealing to users.
It is not enough just to put it through the eyes on computers with Windows, a market in which even Chrome or Firefox dominate with force. You have to take it to other platforms, something that they have happily done by porting it to iOS and Android. But also you have to keep adding corrections and optimizing the use of Edge And that's what Microsoft is already preparing.
A commitment to usability
"And it seems that, with the next Build based on Redstone 5, the browser owned by Microsoft could put an end to one of the biggest defects that it currently offers. This is to improve the interface offered by the Settings page of the Edge browser for Windows 10."
"Far from what might be expected, this section is far from the aspect offered by other sections in Windows 10 as well as other sections in Edge. Compared to the cleanliness of lines and options, the Settings section of Microsoft Edge is a total nonsense with few configuration options, which also do not offer a very practical design ."
With Redstone 5 we&39;ll see how they address this shortcoming by offering a Settings page where highlights the use of Fluent Design to achieve a neater and cleaner appearance."
Also along with this improvement for the Settings page, we will also see improvements coming to the tabs, which will now have an effect shade that will make the look they offer more attractive."
We may have a new Build with us this week based on Redstone 5 and Insider Program users who install it will be able to access to these and other improvements that we will cover later.
