Tired of having to delete your Chrome downloads? This extension removes them automatically
Surely on more than one occasion you have had to deal with the cumbersome Chrome bar when it comes to managing downloads. This is an extension without secrets that does what it promises. Every time a download completes in Chrome, the notification is automatically removed from the bottom bar of the browser.
To get hold of it we either go to the link that we have seen previously or if we prefer to the Chrome Extensions Store. We can find it within the Settings, in More Tools which will open a new menu with the option to select Extensions"
"Search for Clear Downloads in the store and click on Add to Chrome . A notice alerts us if we want to install said extension. Click on Add extension."
A new window will then open in which Chrome tells us that this extension has been added to the ones we have installed in the browser .
From that moment on, when we perform any download in Chrome, once finished the notice will automatically disappear from the notification bar.
And if at some point we want to disable or eliminate it, the same as with any other installed extension, we must follow the route mentioned above. Configuration > More Tools > Extensions and there use one of the two available options."
