Are you using Windows 10 and are you an Instagrammer? Well, pay attention because you can now publish from your computer
Table of contents:
Instagramer is how users of the photographic social network Instagram are commonly known. Some users who organize Instagramers' meet-ups in which mobile phones in hand go out into the streets to take photos that they later upload to their profiles. Wait, mobile only?
Well, if you use Windows 10 it will no longer be necessary for you to have to have a mobile next to you to be able to upload your photos since the Instagram application in the Windows Store has been updated giving access to a very special function that allows us to publish photos from the computer… but with nuances.
And until now Instagram did not allow you to upload messages to your profile from your computer, always having to do it through a compatible mobile or tablet. It doesn't matter if you are from Windows, Android or iOS, needing a _smartphone_ was something necessary
Not everything was going to be rosy
However, for Windows 10 users this is no longer the case since the Instagram application allows us to upload images to our social network account from our desktop computer. An improvement that for now is hampered by two limitations.
The first is that the photos or videos we upload will not appear on our profile since we can only share them with our contacts through private messages.
To do this, we only have to start the session in the Instagram application that we have downloaded and _click_ on the camera button to capture the video or photo that we want to upload it.And this is where another limitation comes, since we can only share (by private message) content that we generate at the moment.
This way if we have a photo or video on our computer that, for example, has been synchronized via One Drive from our mobile we won't be able to upload it even if we have captured it on that same moment (very bad Instagram)
As in the case of the mobile application, when uploading content we will have the possibility of using additions such as stickers, text and drawingshandmade to personalize our photos.
A good idea that is hindered by these drawbacks is that these limitations may be motivated by the fact that in the company before opening to the general publication want to see how this system works among people. We hope that the company will take note and end these limitations in a new update
