OneNote is updated for Windows 10 within the fast ring with improvements in privacy and functionality
OneNote is a basic application for many, a utility that we have already talked about on these pages (the last one to mention its integration with professional accounts) on several occasions. OneNote is updated for Windows 10 adding interesting improvements and some new features that we should not miss. An update that has focused above all on aspects related to security and to improve the accessibility of the application.
This version has the number 17.7830.10001 and with it will come the possibility of protecting sections with passwords, reordering lists, saving images in the same way that now we can also save attachments. This is the list of changes that we are going to find:
- Password protection: we can establish passwords to protect certain contents
- Renewed page creation control: we can create a new page below the highlighted page without having to go to the bottom from page list
- The bullet styles are updated in lists: up to eight different styles.
- Paragraph indicators.Arranging notes is now easier and just drag and drop to order.
- The section name can be modified.
- Images can now be saved from OneNote via the context menu.
- We can save attached files through a command in the context menu. "
- We can insert shapes through Insert."
- Improved support for tables.
